People and roles
Who can join a workspace, and what admins, members and viewers can do.
Everyone in a workspace has a role: admin, member or viewer. The role decides what they can change, and pods decide what they can see.
Who gets in
The first person to sign up on an installation owns it, and becomes the admin of
the workspace they create. After that, sign-up is by invitation only, unless the
installation turns on ALLOW_OPEN_SIGNUP.
To invite people, go to Settings → Members and choose Invite people. Type their email addresses, separated by commas, and pick a Role. Each person gets an email with a link to join.
Roles
There are three. Pick one to see what it can do.
Member: Builds agents in the pods they are added to.

Members and viewers only see the pods they've been added to. Admins can reach every shared pod, but nobody can see into someone else's Personal pod.
Leaving and removing
Open a person in Settings → Members to change their role or remove them. Removing someone takes away their access to the workspace and every pod in it. Their Personal pod and its conversations are deleted, but pods they made stay.
A workspace always keeps at least one admin: the only admin can't be removed or lose the admin role.
