Pods
Shared spaces for a group of people and the bots that help them.
A pod is a shared space for the people you get stuff done with, and their bots. Each bot in it has one chat, and everyone in the pod sees the same chats, results and approvals.
Shared pods
Make one for each group that works together: a team, a family, a flat.
- Admins create pods. Use New pod in the left rail, or Settings → Pods, and give it a name like "Support".
- Add people from the pod's settings. Members and viewers only see the pods they've been added to. Admins can reach every shared pod.
- Each pod has its own bots and connections. A bot lives in exactly one pod, and every bot in a pod can use that pod's connections.
The left rail lists your pods. All shows every shared pod you can reach at once.
Your Personal pod
Everyone gets a pod called Personal, made for them when they join. It comes with one bot, the Personal Assistant, which you name and style during onboarding.
You can't rename or delete your Personal pod, or add people to it. If someone is removed from the workspace, their Personal pod and its conversations are deleted with them.
Pod settings
A pod's settings page has four parts:
