Run, update, and reset

Run these commands from the folder that holds your compose.yml: the sugabots folder, if you followed the Quickstart.

#Start and stop

docker compose up -d    # start
docker compose down     # stop

Stopping keeps your data. It lives in the sugabots_postgres_data Docker volume.

#View the logs

docker compose logs -f sugabots

Until you set up email, this is also where emails such as verification links are printed.

#Update

Pull the latest image and restart:

docker compose pull
docker compose up -d

Sugabots updates its database when it starts.

#Reset

To delete all data and start again with an empty installation:

docker compose down -v
docker compose up -d

#Uninstall

Delete the containers and data:

docker compose down -v

Then delete the folder.

.env holds your keys, so keep a copy if you might restore a backup later.
